    MS Jigsaw locks up

    MS Jigsaw was not available for sometime. Since it has been reinstated, Jigsaw locks up all the time. On an "expert" puzzle, I can be down to the last puzzle piece and bingo - LOCK UP. Finally when I get it back a commercial ad always comes up first.

    Jigsaw locks up all the time. Can not even move a puzzle piece. This has been happening for some time now & lots of players have complained. Hey Microsoft why can't you fix your own software?????

    MJ Daily Challenges - goes to 'ad' but no 'ad' downloads and it remains on a white screen forever

    For the past 3 days I can't open MJ Daily Challenges. When I click on any puzzle it goes to the screen normally displaying and 'ad' however the 'ad' never loads and it stays on this white screen forever.

    What do I need to do to get MJ working again?

    microsoft jigsaw puzzles will not load, what can I do?

    I always have to do it twice. The first time I click to load a puzzle, I get the revolving circle and not the ad. I close it and do it again and the ad comes up and plays then the puzzle loads. It does this every time for me. The puzzle never loads on the first try. I use my own pics to make puzzles or get pic off the net.

    Stop the ads

    It doesn't matter if you get the ads or not. I have the premium version and don't get the ads but still have the problems with downloading new puzzles. Everytime I try to download a new puzzle series the game closes out.

    It's VERY frustrating!
