    I turn my xbox on and I get the starts screen that stays there for an extended amount of time then when it finally loads that it takes to a blank screen then after a while it tells me something went wrong and to try again

    Try an hard reset, press the power button for 10+ seconds until console don't turn off itself, release the button and the console will be rebooted in a while.

    Error 0x80070bf7 - my Xbox cant access profile even though I'm signed in

    The issue is I cant access the profile at all. The guide button just makes the screen flash. Power cycle did nothing too. Any ideas?
