Cant get through to customer support

Hello,

I have been having issues with my Xbox since doing a reset after the black screen update. I had to reset my system after the black screen update and since then it made me create a new gamertag. My original gamertag seem to have vanished. I created my gamertag about 10+ years ago and since then I changed my email address associated with the gamertag which was about 3 years ago. Everything was working fine and I could sign in using my existing email. Now after doing the reset, it doesn't seem to be linked to my email anymore so I have no way of accessing it. The old email address does not exist anymore as I changed it so long ago. I have lost all my friends list, achievements, recorded videos etc.

Every time I try to contact customer support the only option I have is to request a call back. When I do this it takes me through to the screen where I submit my number and every time it is saying something went wrong. This has been going on for over a week now. There does not seem to be any other way to get in touch with anyone.

Does anyone have any suggestions that can help me solve this problem please?

If you are facing any issues requesting a call back or a live chat through the Xbox support website, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

Problem is fixed through the customer support call center. I managed to get through after following previouse messege.

I bough HAVOC and cant get it to work. waiting online for over an hour with customer service, had them walk me through a "fix". still does not work.
