Discus and support can't get through to anyone on xbox through xboxsupport/request a call in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox one X keeps switching off when i go to play any game and i cant get ahold of anyone on xbox support, any help would be appreciated....     Have you fully cycled to power off and on again? is it playing digital games?

    yes tried everything factory rest power cycle cleared cache etc and its all games.
