Can't get the "suit pack" add on for Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution

I've bought all the other add ons for the game with local currency, but can not for the love of god purchase the 'suit pack' with local currency or paypal. The console and the website both say there's a problem with something or the other - and all possible
problems have been fixed - but it still does not let me purchase it. I've spent 3 hours with 3 different support personnel trying to solve this, and have done every last thing they have recommended, but it still does not work. Help appreciated.

I'm having the same issue, was going to wait till the next batch of costumes came out to see if it still had the same issue, but its bugging me. Would love a solution.

 

We've had the same issue tried downloading it numerous times, will try again with any new dlc. Even The xbox chat staff couldn't help. Deleting profile and cache and redownloading it didn't help. Any issues add me

 

A new costume pack came out and wow... Same issue.

 

So annoying I can't even get the variety pack aswell it's very frustrating

 

Yeah Zed, as I said, I have the same issue with that pack too.

And it's so weird that the previous 3 add ons for the same game were purchasable, no problems whatsoever. I got the Jinchuuriki 1 & 2 packs when they were released. And when this issue with the suit pack appeared, I tried to purchase the summer clothes pack
and of course it worked. I didn't actually even want it, I was just so frustrated.

 

Hey, guys! Sorry to see that you're unable to purchase the suit pack and variety pack! Just to make sure, do you have your console region set to the region you are physically located in? If not, please make sure you do and then see if you can access those
packs once more. Post back your results and we'll get the ball rolling from there!

 

Yes we have the region set correctly and we also CAN'T get the new variety dlc

 

Have tried to get both "Suit dlc" and "Variety dlc" but it keeps saying there's a fault with my credit card with

STATUS CODE 80190861.

But we don't use a credit card on xbox live for anything we use microsoft points. My account says ~

In your Microsoft account: £13.79

So why can't I use this option?

I've even spoken to an Xbox live helper via the chat option but we've had no joy........

 

I've chatted to an Xbox support person and they suggest contacting Bandai. I will be sending them an email and if I get and resolve I'll keep you posted.

 

My region is set to the right option, I checked pretty much everything like that when this problem started.

 

I also purchased the previous dlcs but can NOT buy the suit pack or variety pack 1. Region is New Zealand, account is New Zealand and have had no problem with purchasing any other content for any other games.
