    Can't get the game I redeemed with a code to install.


    I bought a code for Shadow of War: Definitive edition and it did not redeem on the xbox store. I went on to the microsoft store website on mobile and redeemed it there. It is now owned under my account. When i visit the store on the console, and find the
    game it says i own it, but when i go into the details of the game theres no options to install it, theres only an option to purchase it again. It has not shown up in my games and apps either.

    are you sure the code you purchased was for the console version and not PC

    Hey Mister Cizl,

    I can see the message with the promo code. If I choose the 'redeem code' option, it says that it has already been redeemed.

    I however can't see the actual content under the 'Manage Game' menu - it hasn't been installed, and i can't install it (because I can't see it anywhere in the manage game menu or the xbox store).

    Hi, if I'm not mistaken you'll need to uninstall the current games with gold version and then redeem the code. If you already have a game installed you can't usually then redeem a code for the game as the system sees you have the game installed already.
