    Can't get Smartglass to work with Ryse: Son of Rome


    Hi all,

    just got my xbox one event,y and interested in using smartglass. The first game I played is Ryse. I downloaded the smartglass for xbox one app on both my ipad and nokia lumia 925. When trying to run the companion on the ipad I get the following error message:

    "this site is currently not available. Please try again later"

    when I try to run it on my phone I get the following error message

    "oops, we could not start this companion Can't get Smartglass to work with Ryse: Son of Rome :( "

    it finds my xbox ok as that is how I launch the companion. Any ideas?

    Me too. Got my xbox this weekend and trying with my samsung 2014 tab. I get the same message.
