    Can't get reward


    hello, support I have completed my December quest and received a message from Microsoft/xbox saying I have received free gold and copy of super dungeon Bros but I am having issues with redeeming the goal IDK what is the problem. Please help been trying to
    redeem forever.

    I can't get rewards

    Hello money killer883,

    In order for us to perform a deposit of Credit, we require a Microsoft billing account to place Rewards Credits into as currency. A billing account can be set up for an Xbox Live Free member on the Xbox One console, no credit card required, using the instructions
    at:Update Your Billing Contact Information Online. After you set up your account using this method, it should take 4-5 days for the information to get through all our servers. You should be able to register
    after that point!

    Can't get my rewards

    hi guys

    Today i found that with Xbox rewards i could keep 75 platinum for warframe if i unlocked 5 trophy in the last days. I reached the amount of the trophy but the reward page continue to ask tme to download the game and not to get my platinum code.

    Pls look at if there is some problem or something else.

    Also wanted to mention that you can't back date rewards. If you have joined the rewards program you cannot get rewards for anything done prior to that point.
