Can't get payed out the Reward-Points from November/December as money to my MS-Konto..it always worked..what is wrong now? I did nothing change at all.. :-(

Your account appears to have a problem

Been trying to get my rewards for about 2 years approximately. Your account appears to have a problem:.... please support people, give it some attention. Before 2 Years it worked perfect - everytime if i have 5000 Rewardpoints i got it as account credit
on my MS-Account. I don't know what there is wrong with my Account. Please Help me - I got now over 25000 Reward Points - and for what ?? - I think microsoft has no need to withhold these award points. So I hope that this will lead slowly in a way to be happy
about the reward program.

Interesting. Hopefully they do get ride of the MS points. Been wanting this for a long time now. As with most people, I always have around ten to thirty points sitting there unspent. Just paying for stuff with money vs. spending money to buy points then
paying for things with those points would be awesome. Maybe we'll see an end to those messages people spam where if they type out a number and send it to a bunch of people, magically MS points will appear in their account.

Just as an option that I have used before, you can pay for subs using MS credit from gift cards or rewards, but only on the console itself.

This is what I did:

Redeem Microsoft Reward points for a MS or Xbox gift card
Go to the channel on on your console and hit the sub button
You are able to pay using your MS credit balance

Not sure if this works for pro subs, but I can't see why not. Can anyone confirm this?

Ive pretty much always agreed with that. with the exception of MS points of course, being realistic that would have MS loose money just from achievements. although ive always thought milestone rewards such as gamerpics or avatar rewards would be a great
way to have incentive for earning achievements such as for every 1K up to 10, you get a gamerpic, then every 10k to 100k, then every 50-100k after that.

yeah 20 microsoft points blows but according to microsoft, when your points get converted to real money it will increase in value so maybe 20 MSP will turn out to be $15 or $20 perhaps who knows.
