    Can't get past the resetting troubleshooting screen


    After troubleshooting my Xbox one s then resetting it, it will restart and it begins to say preparing console for a split second then I'm met with another something went wrong screen or it will say preparing console and then just shut off.

    Stuck at "Preparing console" after update

    Ok, I just did the factory reset as suggested by Microsoft Support and still right back to this screen! Hammer time!

    Also, I have clicked the continue button and the screen goes black. I then hold the Xbox button down on the console for 10 seconds, turn it back on and come right back to this screen!

    I reset the xbox and now I can't get past the update screen as it wont let me update even after a factory reset. Might have to send it back as its within warranty
