can't get on Xbox live even though I've already redeemed a one month card

Yes, I was able to redeem my gift card at one point although I didn't go through with it. I am referring to the 12 month Xbox Live membership which is on sale right now I figured this gift card had enough for it and was hoping that I'd be able to use it
for the sale even though it isn't a specific 12 months Xbox Live gift card, oh so now I'm running into issues again as I've tried to punch in the code a couple more times and no luck

Now I can't even redeem an xbox 12-month gold subscription card.

To redeem digital cards you have to be located in a supported xbox live country. Since Bulgaria is not supported for xbox live, it can't even connect to the xbox live service to attempt to redeem that prepaid card. And if that card was purchased in another
country, even if it did work by some miracle, it would not be usable if it was currency or a digital game.

Sorry friend, but it will not work.

I have this same issue. The difference for me is that I paid for a 12-month Xbox Live subscription in November, and in December cancelled the card due to fraudulent activity. Now, even though I already paid the money, it's giving me the message you got,
not allowing me to play Live for almost a month now even though I already paid for it. The payment management section of the website gives me the glitch error every time, so I can't change my credit card info. I contacted support, and was simply told that
they couldn't even find my account and that they couldn't help me. That was it. I'm going to try contacting them again, and hopefully they'll credit me a month of Live since I haven't been able to do anything.

I'm having kinda the same issue redeeming my gold still. I've got 2 separate 3 months, both purchased from different areas not working. I keep getting the something went wrong try again error message, Have been since xmas day.

But when I try redeeming on my 360, even though it's a prepaid card I get the "you can't use this payment method for this purchase, try another" error
