Cant Get On Live Rewards

hi , i have 2 accounts but i cant get on live rewards program because everytime i try to be added it says my country isnt supported but my accounts are in spain and from what i see here the sistem is available

rewards points for call of duty black ops II rewards points????

why cant I get reward points for maps downloaded and pre order perk maps when I paid money to get then just cause I didn't get then thru xbox live marketplace!!???????????

We see that the account associated with this gamertag is set to the Portugal region with PT billable accounts. Since Portugal is not a valid Rewards region, you can not join the program.

what is the story with reward points how come we cant get them yet

its been 24 hours but i cant get onto microsoft rewards it says its been suspended and when i go on customer support it says its not me its them and they are trying to fix it. quick question though.. will my daily sets be lost as i cant get onto rewards?
