Hi there, If your headset is wired and you are charging your controller from the Xbox you will get a little feedback coming through the headset. Once you stop charging it, it should stop. Not to sure if this is the case, but in my past experience's it
has happened to me.

So we can’t get all sounds through our headsets?

Im the same wireless controller and wired headset. My headset needs charging although its wired so come xmas im going to get a wireless headset too

My headset is compatible with Xbox one. I plugged my headset in to my Apple device and it worked. I also have tried the headset with both controllers for my Xbox and I did not hear anything. Is there Anything you can think of that could allow me to use the headset on the Xbox? When I plug the headset In to my controller i hear nothing. When I try to start a party on my Xbox it says that we can’t find a microphone for these people.
