    Can't get my rewards


    hi guys

    Today i found that with Xbox rewards i could keep 75 platinum for warframe if i unlocked 5 trophy in the last days. I reached the amount of the trophy but the reward page continue to ask tme to download the game and not to get my platinum code.

    Pls look at if there is some problem or something else.

    hello, I have a problem to receive my rewards. I received an email on march 15 telling me that I had won 4307 ( and that I have 6000 in total ) credits in February but that my account had problem so I can't receive my credits, can anyone help me ?

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Since we
    cannot resolve this issue ourselves due to privacy concerns around billable account information, we must wait on the payment team to provide us with their resolution. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting
    your information will likely not solve this issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
