Cant get my minecraft account

Hello, how are you guys? My name is Thiago and I'm trying to recover my Minecraft account for a few days now, I sent some tickets to both Mojang and Microsoft and it wasn't possible to recover because I lost the email of that account, contacting Microsoft they told me I needed to talk to Mojang to see if I could recover and contacting Mojang, They ended up sending me back to Microsoft again, so I'm trying to make one last ticket to recover my account, her name is Theagoooo as this link below shows

I bought it back some years ago but I don't remember when exactly, the hard thing is that since I can't prove that the account is mine, I understand perfectly that they can't unlink the current email and simply change it, but I can prove that this account it's mine with some info, i just need they to tell me what year or month minecraft was purchased in so i can look it up in my credit card histories so i can prove the veracity of my person (since they can't tell me the email linked to it, which I understand perfectly), I also remember the answers to my 3 security questions (which always popped up for me when I needed to change the password because I forgot it often), so I ask please can you guys help me with this because i've been trying this for some time now and i can prove that i'm the real owner of this account.

I also have another proof that I own this account, it's an old video of me and my friends playing (no skin because one of my friends had a pirated copy of Minecraft and we had to open a server that could let any version on ), this video is from 2021, I remember that this was one of the last times I played on this account and I believe it can also help me prove that I am the owner of it, the video is the one attached (we are from Brazil , that's why the language is different), but basically in the video we have 3 people, the person who is filming is my friend Pedro, whose stopped to put some commands in the chat, the other person singing in the background while he is lagging is Arthur (art131) ( who had the fake copy of Minecraft) and the person who falls and dies is me, named Theagoooo

I really hope that all this I just sent you guys is enough for me to be able to recover my account, I know I mentioned the 3 answers to the security questions but I ended up not putting it here because i dont want to put in public, but in case you need it just send me an answer saying who will need to accept my veracity that I answer at the same time that I receive

Here´s is the link to the video so you guys can see, it was launched in 31 august 2021 so i can believe i actually played you guys on that account in the past.
I know that the name theagoooo is 1 O less on the account on the video, at that time I still hadn't decided what my new nickname would be in games (I used to use Lifty)

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you wanted to recover your Microsoft account which you mentioned was hacked.

For now, please allow me to do the best we can in helping you with the process. You may just skip those steps that you have tried already.

We got three options here for you to try recovering your email and/or adding a new one to the account link to it. Not sure if you have done this already with the previous support.

The more information you can include in the form, the better the chance you’ll have of regaining access to your account. Answer as many questions as you can as thoroughly as possible. If you’re not sure, guessing is ok - wrong answers don’t count against you for the 3rd option.

We hope it worked out well for you. If not, please reply back to this forum to let us know so we could find other options to resolve the problem.

but like does it mean that I just basically wasted 25 euros on minecraft and i cant get the account linked to my current e-mail? And yes i asked minecraft, but they said that you cannot undo it

I tried to add my other email to my microsoft account but it says its part of a reserved domain, So i cant add it as an alternative account. So another minecraft player is using my email for their minecraft earth account and thats why i cant use it? When
i sign into minecraft earth i come up as princess.cossign which isnt me but when i play on normal minecraft everything is fine, why is there a problem all of a sudden because of playing minecraft earth? Id like to be able to use my main minecraft account on
minecraft earth and not have it come up as someone i dont knows minecraft account. I dont want my email connected to another minecraft account and i also feel bad for the the other person that they might have lost access to their account because of this mix
up or whatever it is, im so confused... please help!?
