can't get my Halo Wars Definitive edition code

Sorry to open another post for my problem but the first one is locked and my problem is not solved.

I tried to contact the staff members who helped me but it seems my messagery is banned (I really don't know why by the way, I have never been notified about it ).

Miss Bijoux told me she sent me an private message ( thanks to her ) which I never received (could it be because of the ban ?)

Halo wars definitive edition missing code

my halo wars definitive edition does not download and asks me to re purchase halo wars 2 please send me my code for me to get halo wars definitive edition.

 

can't open messages

i can't open my messages or send them,

I pre -order halo wars 2 ultimate edition,

now they send a code or messages in my xbox one account, but I can't open a message to get my code halo wars definitive edition.

pls help.

 

According to enforcement I am not banned, though I still cannot send any private message. It says "En raison de votre comportement passé, vous ne pouvez pas envoyer de message."

which mean "Because of your previous behaviour, you cannot send any messages"...
