    I haven't used any of my three free month offers when they did them, but now when i try it, and hit confrim purchase, nothing happens. Please tell me what's going on.

    The 3 available free month trials are only available during the account creation process. Once this offer is declined, it is no longer available on that account.

    How was I ever supposed to know I needed al my details for a *free* month subscription, it never told me, so now I have all details I can't get a month free?

    That's why I'll usually wait, let my subscription lapse, and go more month to month. On the rare occasions I can't get a free month then I'll grab one of the $1/$2 deals.

    Yes, but if you miss the free month when you create your account, you can't go back to get it. You would have to create a new account to get the free month.
