cant get my account whatever i do

so about 3 months ago i was hacked and the hacker added his ramblur.ru email, right when my account was hacked Microsoft locked the account for security reasons,, after the hack i reset my whole pc and changed every password(keep in mind i got hacked even tho i had 2fa activated) and after all that i kept trying to get this damn account unlocked, i filled dozes of forms still no feedback and my account is still hacked i honestly gave up now because i have been trying so hard for this but the support just won't do anything but ask me to fill out a form even tho i did that more than a dozen of times i just need the account to play Minecraft nothing more

Hello Tsmt, sincerely regret what happened to your account in cases like that you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.
