    cant get m rated game on gamepass


    im using pc gamepass ultimate, , I'm trying to purchase an M-Rated game through Game Pass, but it's just telling me that the game's beyond my "Content Restrictions." How do I remove the restriction? i am the main account and dont see the games and app tab under microsft family safety setting.

    esrb ratings are not legally binding. it's actually not illegal for gamestop to sell m rated games to minors. it is a recomendation not a law. because of this it is also not illegal for a minor to play m rated games offline or online. if their parents buy
    them an m rated game and they play it online there is nothing ms can do to stop it.

    if you can legally buy a game play a game and then ms makes some rule that says you cant play it on their service unless you are a certain age when there is no law to enforece this would open up ms to age descrimination lawsuits.
