can't get live chat to work

I have the exact same issue and Microsoft is zero help. No good responses here and I can't get the live chat support to work either.

Is there a way to email or live chat with someone who works with Xbox live?

It's frustrating to pay for a service that I can't use.

Me and my other NZ friend were playing COD about 10 minutes ago but got bored of it. And now can't launch the game without getting disconnected. Xbox Live Party is working am with a friend in it right now. I'm gona watch a DVD but were still gona stay in
the Xbox Live Party. When my friend first joined I was telling him to get out of Party chat cuz I thought it wouldn't work. Game chat in Search and destroy was working well.

Iv done the steps you said to take an it still does it on mw2 my mic is not working in game chat on dmz iv tryed everything nothing will work it works in party chat but not game chat it works fine on vandgard just mw2 I can't get mic to work it's getting really annoying

The problem is the first name and last name sections were grayed out. I'm attempting to fix this by filling in the information on

to wait for the information to propagate and be pushed out to support.xbox.com

Phone support will be difficult as I can't dedicate an unknown amount of time on the phone during work hours. If I can't get live chat to work then I'll bring it into a store.
