Can't get license needed for playback

I purchased avengers infinity war for download. It took my money but won't let me download. It says "download error: can't get license needed for playback. Please try again later" ive been trying for 3 hours now. And it dont give me the option to change
to stream now. Ive looked on the website and hasnt given me the anwera on how to fix this. I don't even know how to at least get my money back

Archer is another thing I've purchaed from Zune. Those are all listed as having Permanent licenses.

Nothing in that text says I cannot move the file from one storage medium to another. I downloaded it using a
then-authorized device. Playback is also via an authorized device.

 

license transfer did not work

Did you set those items to download again after doing the license transfer? This is often needed in order to refresh the license on the console. Since the items are on your hard drive already, all that will get grabbed is the license file needed for offline
play.

Xbox 360. And i would rather watch the movie than refund.

Alright well let's try some troubleshooting to see if we can get this working.

First let's clear out the
system cache in the console. Follow that link and when you clear the system cache, select the option about 3 total times.

Once it's been cleared, turn off your Xbox, and power cycle it for a few minutes. Just unplug its power cord from the wall outlet.
