    Can't Get It


    I was having problems with Solitaire Collection so I uninstalled it. Now, when I try to re-install it, I keep getting a "purchase error" message or "Windows Store is not working." At the install page, it says I own it and can be installed on my computer.
    I'm using 8.1 on my desktop. Please help. This is driving me crazy.

    Can't get Hearthfire

    I bought Skyrim on the Xbox One store and played for awhile and decided I wanted to buy the Heartfire add-on but when I click on any of the add-ons nothing happens. I've looked at forums online and no one else seems to have any issues. Help!

    Can't get achievements

    By the first few weeks of the game I had restored all the barn finds in Australia but I didn't get the achievement for restoring 15 barn finds. I wasn't connected to the internet, I have tried restarting my console multiple times but I still haven't gotten
    the achievement. How can I get this achievement ?

    Huh...well, since the online passes are issued (I think) by EA, I suppose you would need to call them about this. The only other thing I can think is that seemingly-cure all for everything: recovering your account.
