    Can't get into the Insider Hub because of privacy settings.


    I've got everything set to Unrestricted, Xbox settings set to Adult. Yet it says I can't enter the Insider Hub because it detected I'm not 18? I'd love to be able to get in so I can play Halo Infinite with my friends.

    I believe this may help resolve this issue

    If the Privacy settings on the account are not set to "Allow/Everyone" this may cause this to happen. If it shows they are set to "Allow" then block it, then allow.

    Every time I click the Xbox insider hub it says you can't join the Xbox insider program because of your past behavior !

    1. Open Microsoft Store.
    2. Search for the Xbox Insider Hub.
    3. Select Get/Install.
    Stop participating in the Xbox Insider Program
    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Go to Settings > Manage devices.
    3. Select the consoles to unenroll from the Xbox Insider Program.
    4. Uninstall the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Hello CB Studios8436, as of now you can’t access Xbox Insider Hub on a child account, you can ask your parents to change your permissions, or if you are an adult, you can change it yourself through the Xbox settings tab, then going to “Account” then press
    on “Privacy & online safety” -> “Xbox Live privacy” and set it to adult or custom. Thank you for your time and patience.
