    Can't get into parties or start parties on Xbox One


    Every time I start a party or join a party I get booted and it says,

    "Party encountered an error."

    When I click on it, it says,

    "Something went wrong with your party. Try again later. [0x8923103D]"

    This has been going on for weeks, and after clearing my mac address, my DNS server, hard resets on my internet as well as my Xbox, nothing has changed. It was working fine until the end of October.

    Also, I searched the error codes on the Xbox troubleshooting page, and it doesn't exist there. What's going on???

    When you're having issues, are you simply unable to join any party? not able to start a party? able to join but can't hear anyone or no one can hear you?
