    Cant get into MP (NAT=open)


    Hi, XboxoneX can not load into multiplayer. NAT is open, did a reset of xbox and modem ( and power off ect), checkt xbox port in modem (UDP TCP) with provider. Test with and whitout internetcabel. Xboxsupport and provider can not help anyone a suggestion?

    Thank you so very much for keep us updated in regards to this matter on the Xbox Forums. What I would recommend would be using an alternative network. If you can use a different network, such as a hotspot, we can further identify what is causing this to
    happen.

    You can always try using bridge connection using your
    PC     or
    MAC     laptop [or computer if you are in the general vicinity]. You will need to use a ethernet cable in order to get this done.

    If you can please try either of these things, and provide us some feedback, we can continue to provide additional support, if the connectivity issue persists.

    After test MP connection it says.

    There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer. If youre still having trouble try refreshing yout NAT type.
