    Go to xbox tech support live chat tell them your phone is not working and please can we sort issue out in chat im shore the will help u

    Do you have a land line number that they could use? It is worth trying that, if you can. Twitter can be pot luck and you could end up with one of us Ambassadors.

    It may be because of your region or if you're using a VOIP app. Do you have another number you can try ?

    I can't get through to an agent it just tells me to request callback then I get the fault message its been doing it since last night its driving me mad!!
