Can't get hold of warranty support

Hey! You should allow some time for the support system to update, as it's now the weekend I would recommend waiting until next week for an update on the repair's status.

The only issue I have is that the support system doesn't allow actual support. Not sure if that can be raised to anyone but it's really frustrating to not even be able to get hold of an agent.

I would definitely get a hold of Xbox support, if the console is under warranty, they could help you through it.

Thank you for the response, the communities is the last resort as I can't actually get hold of anyone via Xbox support.

As I said in my original message "I have tried to get a callback from support and although it says there is a 2 min waiting time, I input my number and it says something like "Something went wrong on our side, we are working on it, Try again later"."

If I can't get hold support because it crashes every time, and no one from the community can offer any suggestion, I have an Xbox controller 7 months left of warranty and cannot exchange it because I cant talk to a human who can help me?

When I bought the controller I had no idea that needing to use the warranty would be such a pain.

If you bought it in January you should still be under warranty.

I'd get a hold of support right away and try to exchange it.
