Cant get Ghost360 to play on XB1

So I tried everything I could think of, I get to game as it's looking for a match, then I get the network connection lost. I run the test and NAT is Open and I'm connected to the web...So I reset the xbox hoping this would help. It retrived my old gamertag
but not my new one.

So know I have my old tag back, the new one I cant get to pull up, and it's now telling me I need a Teredo ip address.....bouth rady to through it in the trash....oh, i'm and old fart and not to computer savy.....Help....

Mass effect 360 hard copy play on xbox1 bward compatbility help

Rg on the preview prg can play digital copy of 360 gms on xb1 .cant seem to play hard copy of mass effect 360 on xb1,when i insert the game into xb1 it says this is a 360 game put it in 360. How to work around this .thx

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

It will guide you step by step on this error message.

The other responses are great, but if you still need assistance. Please try the following resources when you lose network connection when trying to launch a multiplayer match try this,

Run a Test Network Connection on the Xbox One. In reference to your gamertag, I would recommend to visit

Find your Microsoft Account Email Address.
