Cant get Gamerscore , Achievements and Activity

Hello,

I hope you guys can help me..

I've been playing NBA 2k14 and Killer instinct on Xbox One recently.

However, I cant get any gamerscore, achievements or even activity.

I don't know why it's not gaining gamerscore.

Please help me. Thank you.

Activity feed broke

Where's my activity from my activity feed like game clips and achievements ? Also my gamerscore leaderboard has reset to 10 I've since earned achievements to add to the leaderboard adding to 40

 

my xbox one achievements are not showing up in my GS on the forums. why?

Your gamerscore should reflect the new achievements. Xbox.com however does not show xbox one activity.

 

Try a un-install/re-install and see if that works. If it doesn't do a hard reset by holding the power button down on the front of the console until it turn off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec. After 30 sec plug back in and power back on. See if
it they start popping.

 

Thanks for your time and response.. Just to let you know, other profiles on Xbox one can get gamerscore, achievements and activity.

Does this concern needs to be escalated?

 

You can try calling support if you like. I know a few people have had this problem but after trying the solutions posted above it took some time for them to filter in and the achievements to pop.

 

You could also try just deleting the local save data for the specific game. Not the data stored in the cloud. When you go to play again your save data will sync up again. I had this work,coupled the other suggestions when achievements got stubborn in Ground

Hi, I have had the same problem with Battlefield 4 on xbox 360. I recently unlocked 2 achievements and it says i have them but the achievement score is not registering. Any thoughts?
