    Hello,

    So after preordering the Series X and receiving the product which did not turn even on I sent it back right away and have received a replacement. After 4 attempts with bogus customer serivce from xbox support I am told that because it is a replacement
    I cant get extended warranty on it. This is disgusting. So between the 2 hours that I had from receiving the product and sending it back I was supposed to have ordered it? Somehow lets say I was able to magically during the annoyance I was going through, that
    warranty would have only been applicable for the product that was sent back. Where can I report this ridiculous policy?

    One year. Microsoft offers an extended warrranty if you buy it from them, other restailers have thier own. Extended warranties are not included with All Access
    I have already pre-ordered the Xbox Series X. Is there a way to pay for an extended warranty after the fact or would i have to wait to until launch or is it just not an option now?

    I have the same question. I have pre-ordered the Series X on Xbox.com, but I was not offered an option for an extended warranty at the time of the pre-order and I cannot find any place on Xbox.com to add a warranty now.
