    Can't get charged


    Hello!

    I can't renew XBOX LIVE acess because MS can't accept my credit card, it keeps sending me SMS "Can't authorize. Try again with different currency."

    Last time, windows phone support by chat could make it works, but i cant even find the chat in xbox section and by phone, you call me and say nothing, stay mute...

    I can't add paypal because of my region (Brasil), i need to renew my XBOX LIVE so i can play multiplayer.

    Charged for Xbox gold and Xbox live

    Can someone help please. On 18th October I was charged £5.99 for Xbox gold and then on 21st October i was charged £5.99 for Xbox live gold.

    What is the difference and why have i been charged. Can't get an answer on the website

    EA could be buying out popcap

    Even if EA did take over you would not be charged as you would be buying them new, as you can't get downloadable games preowned fortunately.

    same Things Happening to me But mine says Try a new way to pay and Ive used this card before ive been sitting there typing my credit card in wasting time trying to buy gold

    I highly recommend a XBL 1 month card or whatever months you need. You can purchase it through your local electronics/game store or Amazon (they can email you the code if you want them instead of waiting by mail); then you can redeem the code via your console
    or the Xbox website.

    If you have requested a refund through the Xbox refund webform and your request has been denied, according to Independent Advisor Gerardo CG: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-request/8bcbfa91-e8d0-4cd1-ae55-570668533c23

    "If your refund has been denied, and you believe it's an error, please reply to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request."

    Once you have submitted your refund dispute, you will receive a reply from the Xbox refund webform team via email within 72 hours.
