Can’t get brand new Xbox s to sign in

Is not available to return. The broken Xbox. You sent me is defective and I can’t return or get a brand new one back. Thats scummy. I paid 50 dollars for warranty

I am having the exact same issue. Brand new S won't sign in, but son is playing on his xbox no problem. I saw another post that was responded to by a moderator with the same error code ending in 0006 that said it was part of the services affected. So apparently
signing in works, but not initial sign in on a new device.

I have a brand new series S, got it today. I got it to mostly player Halo and I can’t get through a single multiplayer game without a hard crash, my console shuts off. On top of that, I can’t continuously try to jump in a game because Halo bans me from multiplayer for “exiting too many matches” even though it is their bug that is causing that. I’m so upset about it. It makes the game unplayable. Microsoft better fix this.
