Can’t get back into account because login info is my friends. Account mine 100% i have made...

I contacted his brother and he said he’s on active duty in south korea and doesn’t have service but his brother would try and reach out to him and help me get back into the account. Not giving up hope yet

I would really encourage you to keep trying or do the most to contact your friend since I´m guessing you do not know if you link an alternative email address or phone number for the authentication process.

I you end up not able to contact your friend then the only way to sort this out then is by going to the log in page with a secondary email and once there select “forgot password.” Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you the link to a form . You will need to fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact you and try to help regain access to theaccount (Your GT and payment info will be extremely helpful)

I’ve messaged him a few times but he still hasn’t replied. I don’t have his number either, should i try to contact him another way like through the email? or maybe MS could message him just confirm what i’m saying is true and get me access back into the account. I know his brother so maybe i’ll ask him for help if none of this helps.I have the email to account and password for xbox but it says i need a code from the email or put last 4 numbers of his phone number and then the code from his number. I just need that code right?

So i’m going to lose everything i purchased and worked for? game progress, achievements, friends, game purchases, in game purchases, fortnite skins,Man… can’t believe i’m going to lose all my progress, all my game data all the games i spent probably hundreds maybe over a thousand dollars on.. this is so **** stupid that no one can help
