    Can't download any puzzles

    FIX IT. You took my money but I can't finish ANY download of my puzzles. Starting with the new Camping. I thought Microsoft was better then this. Just fix it. Or tell me how to fix it. Or give me back my money. I can't use this program and its NOT my fault!

    I am having the same problem. Running windows 10 on premium and still wont download purchased puzzle

    can't get any puzzles to download.

    Does the screen stay black after loading the advertisement? Or does it fail to load the advertisement altogether? If that's so I'd take a look at your network settings, see if there are any ad-blockers that might prevent the connection from loading the
    ads, and thus not triggering loading the puzzle.

    Are you able to successfully log into the Xbox App on that system?

    I'd also recommend you check your system if there are any updates and the Microsoft Store app to see if there are app updates.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to download anything yet? If not, I would recommend starting by
    reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw.
