    Where are my POINTS

    can’t get anyone to respond to my post so here’s a new one 4 hours later. I should have 15,000 being deposited into my Microsoft rewards but instead Xbox rewards says pending after 4 Days and no points added to my Microsoft account, can anyone help me out
    or am I just SOL!

    How to cancel a subscription while no longer having access to Microsoft account?

    Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????
