    I'm recently about to get another xbox after pc gam,ing for years and my old microsoft acount is blocked when i entered a wrong password. need access but wrong phone number just trying to get in touch with a human to sort it and seems impossible. tried acount recov but keeps telling me i don't have enough info

    error on "my account", can't access this anymore

    i tried with the latest version of ie and chrome. neither worked. i could always access the "my account" site with on my microsoft account. but since i connected the xbox with this microsoft account i can't access "my acount" anymore.

    any ideas?

    So is there nothing i can do to get access to the acount? Cause thats the main one i use for everything. Thats the whole reason i changed the primary email adress was so i could use my one email for all my acounts
