Cant get acces to my realm

Hi when we try to join our real, it says : Connexion to the real impossible, please try later. since 2 days we dont have access to our real. 26 days left to our subscription to the realm. thx for your help

Privacy unable to change xbox minecraft

hi il like to ask, why am i unable to update/change my privacy for online purpose. Yes the acc is in an adult n i have cnfm it as i evem create another acc from my siblings n got it to be in a family group. Im able to change his but for mine, it just revert
back to its original "Block" choice. I evem added my debit card ass i have been searching for answers. Im unable to edit my minecraft realm to renew the realm. Says my set up was not right. Do help me. My xbox name is ""

 

Cant renew realm

I cant renew my realms subscription. i just says "maximum realms reached". Any idea what I need to do?

Please give us a few more details so that we can provide a clear solution to this issue. What game is this happening on? is this on Xbox or Windows? are you receiving any error codes or error messages?

Thanks for answering. I use minecraft windows 10 edition. When i click play to my own realm it says : Connection to the realm. This operation can takes few minutes. After a few it says: Cant acces to your Realm. please try later. (since 2 days we cant acces
to the realm)

I have 26 days left to my realm subsription.

I also tried to dowload my realm to normal mode and i can play with it.

Only on Realm mode we cant play

 

I see, In that case I recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft on windows. Here is a link with instructions :
