    Can’t get a replacement


    Im trying to get a replacement for my xbox one elite series 2 controller which has warranty and everything but every time it gets to the 4th dtage of the process it will take me back to the start and no actually complete it. Please can you help or is there
    a way i can ring someone?

    Can’t get a replacement

    Try to do it within a "Private Browser Session" (could be a cookie settings issue with the Microsoft Login, I had the same across all browsers...)

    Same here. Got a new X and can’t get past the update. Get the same error codes
    After multiple failed factory resets, I returned mine and bought a new replacement. The replacement worked on the first try, so possibly a defective unit.

    I’ve been given a replacement code by Microsoft (not the standard 25 digit code) as a replacement but can’t speak to anyone if I try to speak to a virtual agent it asks me to sign in (which I already am) then nothing can’t log in, talk to a virtual agent or request a call, seems a very poor system
