Can't get a refund for a $20 Xbox Digital Gift Card

I was specifically told by xbox support to post it here and Rockstar would be in contact with me.

And on my receipt it specifically says:

Special note for digital gift card customers: You can cancel your gift card order and receive a refund up to 14 days after your digital gift card has been sent or until your gift card has been redeemed, whichever occurs first.

lLOk is it a gifted code

What exactly did you buy

Did you gift a code to a friend out of region and they couldnt.consumr.it because he is out of region

Or did you buy one of these

If it is the above then the digital refund policy doesn't apply

The mS store policy does and you have to contact them

If you gifted a card to someone yes as long as they couldnt redeem it it can be refunded

If you bought a code from a third party vendor then no it can't be refunded

But you cant buy a xbox code directly as it would.be put directly onto your account

Please refrain from creating multiple threads regarding the same issue. But are you asking about refunding the gift card or the content bought with the gift card?

If a gift card is redeemed, it can't be refunded. It would be up to the retailer you purchase it from as to if it can be refunded otherwise.
