Cant get a call back from xbox as i need a replacement controller

Or, you can register it and file for a repair/replacement.
To do it first, sign in at https://support.microsoft.com/devices and then select Register new device.
After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.

After you’ve registered your devices, follow these steps:
In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select Repair my device
Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

Hi I'm having an issue where by I need to update my controllers warranty date, to the date on the proof of purchase. I cant get through to Microsoft support in anyway, I've tried calling, tried requesting a call and to mail a request for assistance.
Nothing no response or progress. Please can anyone assist or direct me to someone at Xbox support to facilitate this request personally as I'm in need of a replacement.

You have to request a call back and if you are using chrome thats the issue

Chrome.doesnt play well.with fb , forums and othrr advanced website features

if possible, take the controller and receipt back to Gamestop to get a replacement.

this will be the easiest and quickest method of getting a replacement as they should be able to do this on the spot.

if you can't do that, make sure you have registered the controller before trying to get it repaired/replaced through the Xbox warranty.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and sign in with your Xbox account/profile then click on Add Device (on the blue banner at top of screen) and follow the instructions
to register an Xbox accessory.

if you still need to talk to Support go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the Contact Us button. you might need to try a few different combinations
in the drop down menus to get the option to request a call back from Support,

If your controller is out of warranty and you want to take a look at it you need to take the back cover off. Again only do this if you want to see if something is going on and you are out of warranty with an intent to replace it if you cant get it back
together. Sometimes things need a cleaning or preposition that is altered from lots of use. One of the screws holding the controller together is a security screw that has a small pip in it to prevent the standard torx screwdriver from going into it; you
need s special tool.

Again only do this if you are planning on replacing it if anything goes wrong and you are out of warranty.

I'd definitely look at taking the controller back to the store you got it from and get a replacement. You'll just need your proof of purchase
