Please go to
https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation and check in which country your account is. If your country says USA, then the easiest option would be as EXLEX describes to create a new free Microsoft Account with your German postal address.

Then either register your console on that German account, and try to create a service request via that account, or sign into that newly created German account and contact the German support via Chat or Phone at

Kann es sein das nicht nur die Email Adi amerikanisch ist sondern der ganze Account ?

In dem Fall würde ich dir empfehlen noch einen deutschen Silber Account zu erstellen und darüber dann den Support Rückruf anzufordern.

Das deine Konsole auf einem anderen Account registriert ist, kannst du dann ja dem Support erklären.

Thanks for replying to update us! When you follow the steps to request a call back as provided by XBF Leslie, if you aren't initially given the option to request a call back, then you should change the topic until the option is presented. When
you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic (ex. Set up my Xbox One Console)
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

The option above should give you the link you'll need.
