Can't gain access to my main gaming account

its been like 7 years since I've played on an Xbox due to not having the money to get the Xbox 1 when my 360 finally quit working. Since then much of my life has changed (I no longer have the same banking info nor do I have the cell phone that was on file
for my account) am also having trouble accessing my account I have listed for recovering my gamertag via email! Someone pls help!

Xbox live account

I can't access my live account thru computer, My account uses the same email address and password as the parent account. How do I gain access to my account?

 

WLID Issue

My old XBox got the RRoD, so I had to buy a new console, and transfer my files and accounts over to the new system, however, now it's saying that I have to retype my WLID and password to gain access. It's been such a long time since I've needed to use them
that I can't remember the address, or the password. The "Account" button also appears greyed out, so I can't use it to find my WLID - at least not until I Sign In, which I also need my WLID to do.

Is there any way I can find out my WLID just using my GamerTag (DragonZenith), or otherwise gain access into my main account?
