    Can’t fix mouse acceleration


    So I was playing Roblox on keyboard and mouse yesterday, and when I reset my console for a separate problem, it had mouse acceleration on. Which was weird, because my cursor speed in the mouse settings were at 10, and it still is, but it doesn't work. I’ve literally tried everything. Restarted, turned on and off, replugged the cables, used a different USB port, used a different mouse, resetted it TWICE, used a different profile, messed with the mouse settings (like turning the cursor speed to the lowest, restart, then turn it back up to 10, then restart again), and another kind of restart (held the power button for 10 seconds, pulled out the power cable then put it back it after 30 seconds). Also, I tried it on a different game like Fortnite, same results. So i’ve tried everything, and anything that there is. ChatGPT suggested that I wait for the next Xbox update because then it says that bugs get fixed and like that, but it also said that it’s a problem that I can’t fix on my end. So if there's anything that you suggest, or even fix something in the software, that would be great, thank you.

    Hi Dr. Whang, to fix the mouse acceleration just go to settings>Devices>mouse and then make the pointer speed 10 and that how I fixed my mouse acceleration.

    Hey since microsoft has zero clue it seems about what the issue is... Some mouses apparantly don't have mouse acceleration. Normally i play with a razer naga pro and that one has acceleration. When i play with my logitech g hero 502 i don't have mouse acceleration but i like to play with the buttons of the razer naga. I am looking for a solution since 2021 and it seems to be very hard for microsoft to do any update to get rid of the illogical mouse acceleration haha

    Mouse Acceleration on Xbox Series X

    Xbox allows keyboard and mouse, but it's the developer that builds it into their game. You can change pointer speed in settings, Devices & Connections, Mouse.
    I get that but I mean natively, the Series X absolutely has mouse acceleration built in as I have used PCs in the past. In Warzone for example, if you reduce acceleration to 0, it still remains. Messed around with Pointer Speed but that does not affect acceleration.
