You can’t order spareparts for your console, but you can ship it in for a repair.

Beforehand, it is important that you keep in mind that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

I'm very sorry for the problem you're going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did some research and found a series of steps recommended by Xbox Support, try to follow them and if something doesn't work let me know:

"If you registered your device, log in to Device Services to view the warranty status of your device. If your device is in warranty, repairs are free. If it is out of warranty, you will have to pay for the repair.

If you haven't registered your device yet, follow the steps below:

Once your device is registered, follow these steps:

Sign in to the Device Services page with your Microsoft account credentials.

Select the device you want to repair.

Follow the steps on the screen to complete the repair request.

Once Device Services receives your shipment, they will send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that includes shipping or return instructions.

Important: Send your device as soon as possible. If you do not ship the device within 30 days of your request, your service order will be canceled and the shipping label will no longer be valid. In countries or regions that offer a delivery service, you must go to the delivery center within 7 days of the order creation date.

If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your email program's spam folder or spam filter. If you can't find the email in your spam folder, contact Xbox Support.

If you receive a message that your phone number or email address is invalid, you can update your account information with these steps:

Sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com

Select Your information and under “Account information” select Edit account information.

Update your account information with a valid phone number and email address.

Once the console or sensor is received at our service center, the average repair time is between 14 and 21 days, including shipping. To check the status of your order at any time:

Sign in to the Device Services page with your Microsoft account credentials.

Select the device associated with the service request.

Select Repair Request at the bottom of the page. The status of your order will appear.

Note: There may be a short delay before your order appears on the page."

Again: I followed the steps, but there is an error, and Microsoft have admitted there is a bug.
