    My internet is working fine on everything but its coming up with that error when i test multiplayer connection, i have tried to reset the xbox while keeping games and apps and now it wont even let me update my xbox

    Here i have found some methods to maybe fix your problems also i left a link to Xbox Support if these don’t work. :)

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Another method i would suggest is doing an offline install of the xbox updates.

    If you also delete the games it should be reset completely and you can download the updatd again via console info.

    Ive tried that, held the button for 10 seconds turned off my router then turned back on, ive reset my xbox now im trying to set it back up and when its updating its saying it cant connect so when i connect to internet either wired or wireless ive tried
    both it says its connected but still wont update
