Can't find Xbox 10 Year Helmet Code In Email

I've had my account since 2002, and I have had Gold for 9 years. Hopefully one of the moderators can look up my tag and confirm this.

My friend told me about a special 10 Year Helmet Microsoft was giving out to high tenured accounts but I think I missed out on this. I checked my email but I couldn't find a code back from 2012. Is there any possible way that I can get one for my 9 year account?

nevermind y'all, I just got my helmet. forgot that I was hooked up to xbox live rewards, so I checked my email associated with that and retrieved the code. got a much fancier email, too, commemorating the 10 year anniversary.

 

The helmets were sent out at random so not everyone got one. Since that promotion is over a year old it would no longer be possible to have the code resent.

The avatar item was for accounts with a tenure of 10 years, as in they had Xbox LIVE since it started. You did not so no, you wouldn't qualify for the random drawing. It is also an old promotion that's no longer active so once again your answer would be
"no."

 

Actually it was just given out at random. It didn't matter what your tenure was, it was just for Xbox Live's 10 year anniversary.

 

Oh, well then I reverse my statement... but it's long done and over with regardless.

Got my helmet at 5 years of tenure and can confirm what smwutches has said.
