Cant find the email or username to get access on a computer

You cannot find out your account information from a card used to purchase within the account. If you would rather not fill in the form to help retrieve your account, then the only possible solution is to contact your bank and stop any billings from Microsoft.

So the problem is that i had to have my sons laptop fully wiped clean so i dont know what anything was for it. I believe that i changed the account so i no longer needed to approve everything cause it was giving me issues. Is there any way to findout what the account is from the card that pays for the account? If not then how can i cancel that account so i am not paying for something i cant access?

The above has some tips of different things you can try to find out your email but no one including support cant tell you what email you used.

So, I have tried with the support but it is useless as it gets me to find the username and then stops there.

But I have managed to find the email that it has been changed to. Would this help in any way?
