Can't find the code for Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer

I have a Xbox One and I am looking to buy Xbox One S. But I cannot find the code for 50k rewards points as mentioned in the FAQ. Can you please tell me how to obtain it.

The offer is till Dec 31 so it is not over yet correct?

I did not receive 50,000 MS points for upgrading to "S" version from previous.

I purchased the Xbox One S 11/24 from a Microsoft Store location. I was going to purchase it online, but the code provided on the promotional web page did not work. I called support to find out if the store near me had what I wanted in stock and was told
I'd get the same promotions available onlinein at a Microsoft Store. I don't see a way to redeem the offer from my Microsoft Store physical store purchase.

when I go to the store on xbox one s And choose any tile. I get the folowing notification: something went wrong. Error code: 0x87e10bca

Can't find a solution.

That offer was sent out to select members. Since you only recently joined the Rewards program, you were not a part of that offer, which is why it is not appearing on your MyMissions page.
