Can't find specific games for sale

A few months ago, I stumbled across the game Transformers: Devastation. I bought this for someone who loves Transformers, and they completely love this game. Now that they have played it a lot, I wanted to get them another Transformers game. I searched
and found Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (TRANSFORMERS: FoC). I decided
I want to buy this as well, but I cannot find it in the Xbox store.

I thought this was strange, so I decided to see if I could find the game I already own on Xbox One, Transformers: Devastation (TRANSFORMERS: Dev ),
and I can't find this either. I know it exists, because I have it already, but it's not listed in the store.

I can't find any Transformers games in the store, but yet they are listed on the Xbox.com marketplace site. Can anyone assist me in finding this game for sale? Are they just not for sale any longer, but if so, why are they still
listed on the marketplace?

Dead Space 3

I saw the game was on sale yesterday but didn't buy it. I went to the store today to purchase it but I can't find it under the sale section, I also searched for it but I can't find it. Has the game been removed?

Typical holiday sale issues for me, getting some content is not available, so I can't access the sale and I can't find a page on xbox.com for it either.

 

All of the Transformers games were removed due to licensing issues. You would have to see if they are available on disc somewhere.

I am confused why they still list the games on the marketplace if they are no longer for sale, but I guess it is what it is.

 

The site has always listed all games for Xbox even if they're not available for download digitally. It's just so people know what's out there.
