cant find profile!

This has happened to me many time before. I would go offline and then come back to find my account vanished! Just go to the settings and check your connection to the internet. The reason they can't be downloaded is probably because you can't get to xbox
live in general. I'm sorry that this is such an overused answer but check your internet and try again. If the connection is not working correctly you should try restarting your router. Take out all plugs connected from the router to an outlet and wait 15 seconds.
After that plug them back in and reconnect your xbox to your router. You should be able to download your profile back.

Hey Double, what's the error code you're seeing, exactly? Also, have you checked 'Gamer Profiles' in the storage section of your Xbox 360 System Settings, to see if any incomplete or corrupted profiles are listed there? If there are such profiles, they'll
need to be deleted before you can download yours.
